- Execute and coordinates all production related activities to ensure the production output and product quality are fully met by reference to CTB (Clear To Build).
- Manage production section to meet target and product quality by reference Standard Time Vs Actual Output.
- Supervise daily activities of 3 shifts of production supervisors.
- Enforce line discipline and systematic housekeeping.
- Make improvements in product quality and productivity.
- Delivery plan and commitment to customer.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as production Manager at PCBA Environmental.
- Deep knowledge of production management.
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
- Outstanding communication ability.
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
