KEPRI POST - Friday, December 2, 2022, is a special day for the Pikiran Rakyat Media Network or PRMN, which is now reaching its third year of age.
Director of PT Kolaborasi Mediapreneur Nusantara, Kartono Sarkim, assessed that PRMN's achievements over the past three years had met expectations. According to him, so far the team and partners have focused on 3A.
"A is the first action, what is the second A? action. What is the third A? action too. All this time we have worked with the principle of work, work, work," he said at the PRMN Office, Jalan Asia Afrika, Bandung City, Wednesday 30 November 2022.
From a business standpoint, explained Kartono, everything was going according to plan and developing very encouragingly. However, there are principles that should not be forgotten in management which are not limited to action and planning.

He gave an example in terms of organizational principles, there are still many multiple positions in the structure. So that overlapping responsibilities until weak control becomes unavoidable.
Challenges as a collaborative media pioneer
Kartono explained various PRMN's current challenges in running business in the media industry. As a pioneer of the collaborative economics business model, many other media are currently emulating it.
"Certainly with many who imitate our business model, they will automatically further refine what we have pioneered," he said.
