QA MANAGER

Requirements:
1. BS degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
2. Have the experience in the Quality scope and advantage if from the wire harness assembly background, such as:
- First Article Method and measurement.
- Calibration of Equipment & Jig Verification.
- Raw material inspection.
- Testing validation.
- Documentation and Control.
- Customer drawing verification.
- Maintain and update the raw material certification.
- Review the Customer feedback and the Corrective Action.
3. Strong oral and written communication skills.
4. Able to demonstrate problem solving skills.
5. Familiar with the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 standard.
6. Lead & maintain the EHS requirements and standards.
7. Kaizen knowledge for the process Improvement.
8. Must have a positive attitude and be able to plan and prioritize work effort and quickly respond to issues and questions.
9. Must be able to develop effective working relationships with engineering and program management.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
1. Male/female, Max. 40 years old.
2. Min. S1 graduated in Electronic Background.
3. 1 year experience.
4. Preferable supervisor/ coordinator specialized in Electrical or equivalent Engineering.
5. Strong leadership, honest, and high integrity.
6. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferable in wire harness processes.
7. Excellent computer skill.
8. Able to communicate in English both oral and written.

SOURCING ENGINEER
Requirements:
1. Min D3 majoring electronic/electrical engineering.
2. Understand Engineering component specifications especially for wire harness industrial e.g terminal, wires, connectors, ect.
3. Have min. 3 years' experience in Wire Harness Manufacturing.
4. Able to read 2D drawing and the specifications.
5. Have an excellent managerial & leadership skill.
6. Able to communicate in English both oral and Written.
7. Excellent computer skill.
8. Willing to learn, independent and self-motivated.
