• Drive project business case and implementation to meet all stakeholder's expectations.
• Lead any internal & external activities related to Industry 4.0 including training, workshop, seminar, visits, etc
• Assess Automation readiness and analyze gaps. Recommend actions to close the gaps.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
• Bachelor or Master in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum 5+ years of related experience.
• Possesses basic knowledge of P-C-M-A efficiencies improvement & WIP Flow improvement, for respective scope.
• Possesses advanced knowledge of hardware/ software automation with >7 yrs of experience in leading Automation projects.
• Equipped with >7yr experience to drive segment/site overall product roadmap, and to secure NLOP pipelines to fulfill productivity targets defined in TCR & LTCR, for respective scope.
