• Ensure coordination for site activities and provide technical supportwith contractor , quality,safety, planning and engineering
• Review, approve and implement Contractor construction plan.
• Ensure Contractor construction and load out documents and other submittalsare timelyreviewed and approved in accordance with the EPC contract requirements.
• Review and propose mitigation for construction aspects of the RiskManagement Plan.Monitorthe mitigation when defined
• Review all onshore construction changes, including justification forcost and schedule impacts,in accordance with the PMOC procedure.
• Attend to meetings as required, mentor the trainees to develop theirproject skills andexperience while being on site; Maintain a register oflessons learned
Minimum Requirements

• Engineering Degree or significant relevant experience.
• 15 years of experience in discipline with at least 10 yearsdemonstrated senior construction supervision experience in major capital projects.
• Experience with EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involvedin the oil and gas industry Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work withpeople from variety of cultural
