Director of Finance
Job Description:
- Drive effective and strong coordination with partners across the business.
- Lead and manage all aspects of financial analysis and planning for the Batam manufacturing facility, including the Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet statements.
- Provide insights on the financial results of the business on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Implement new tools and analytics to continuously improve financial analysis and business insights.
- Provide financial leadership and strategic planning, including long-term strategic development and short-term tactical planning to ensure growth and financial success for the business.
- Lead financial analysis, providing business insights in the processes like target costs, cost monitoring, investment analysis, and sourcing studies.
Implement new tools and analytics to continuously improve business partnering. - Manage financial reporting for local and US GAAP.
- Establish and communicate internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley documentation requirements to all facility personnel and ensure high integrity financial reporting through maintaining a strong control environment.
- Participate in strategy development to drive improved financial and operational performance and facilitate strategic business unit planning for upper-level management.
- Develop the best team through coaching, training & development, and career planning.
What You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- 10 years of progressively responsible job-related experience.
- Strong communications skills with a passion for asking questions and driving improvements.
- Desire to develop and grow your career within a Fortune 100 company.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:
- Experience in driving financial performance and results through partnering with senior leadership.
- Strong background in accounting, cost accounting, investment analysis, and budget development.
- Strong analytical skills are required to perform detailed financial analysis and strategic plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
- Prior leadership experience.
