Deskripsi Pekerjaan
◆ Ensure Port & Terminal business activities run smoothly in accordance with optimization working condition and maintain good Port & Terminal Facilities & Infrastructure. Placement : SCN Logistics Group (Subsidiary of PT Citra Tubindo Tbk)
Job Description
◆ Regular inspection for Port & Terminal Facilities (Infrastructure & Supra-structure).
◆ Prepares recommendations for any Repair work at the Port & Terminal to the Port & Terminal Manager.
◆ Prepares Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Maintenance program schedule.
◆ Coordinates any Maintenance & Repair functions to minimize loss of revenue and cost.
◆ Reviews any Repair request and compares to the request with previous work to determine that expenditures are economically sound.
◆ Cooperates with Port & Terminal Manager to ensure that requirements for alterations, repair, or modifications are kept at minimum cost consistent with safety and regulation.
◆ Ensure all of Maintenance & Repair work comply with QHSE procedures and SOP.
◆ Supervise any contractors work to ensure completion of work will be efficient, effective and at minimum cost.
◆ Provide weekly & monthly report to the Port & Terminal Manager.

◆ Provide Port Engineer Working Program to cover any Maintenance & Repair of the Port & Terminal Facilities (Infrastructure & Supra-structure).
◆ Provide any required technical engineering calculation for the Port & Terminal Facilities (Infrastructure & Supra-structure).
◆ Provide yearly draft Budget for Maintenance & Repair Program to the Port & Terminal Manager.
◆ Provide deep analysis on how to improve Port & Terminal Facilities (Infrastructure & Supra-structure).
Requirement
◆ Min Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
◆ 3-year experience in Port Facilities, Infra & Supra-structure project. Proven experience as a Port Engineer or Port Facilities or Maintenance Engineer OR.
◆ Experienced in civil construction (contractor/consultant) field.
◆ Good technical & engineering skills.
◆ Experience in planning and budgeting.
◆ Excellent communication skills, Problem-solving aptitude, Team management skills.
◆ Computer (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
◆ Good oral and written communication in English.
◆ Willing to relocate to Batam.
